Our platform experienced downtime due to a widespread Cloudflare outage on November 18, 2025. Cloudflare deployed an internal configuration change that caused failure across core traffic routing systems, resulting in intermittent 5xx errors and service interruption for sites using their network, including cumulus.care. Cloudflare isolated the issue, rolled back the faulty configuration, and gradually restored service between 14:30 and 17:06 UTC. No security incident or attack was involved. Services are now fully restored, and we will continue monitoring for stability.
